COLORS
by Shel Silverstein
My skin is kind of sort of
brownish pinkish yellowish white.
My eyes are grayish blueish green,
But I’m told they look orange in the night.
My hair is reddish blondish brown,
But it’s silver when it’s wet.
And all the colors I am inside
Have not been invented yet.

How can I help my child succeed in Fifth Grade?
*Just like you would practice for a sport or instrument in order to improve, reading and math skills need to be practiced at home. Please set aside a time daily or weekly for your child to read or work on multiplication facts.
*ALL students have an assignment to read 30 minutes every day!
*ST math is also available for practice at home. Students should all be familiar with this site and have a username and password. web.stmath.com
