What are we doing?
Math: Test Thursday, Next week we begin multiplying and dividing fractions.
Writing: Opinion writing
Reading: Nonfiction text structure
Science: Creating planets to scale, learning about planet size and distance, creating a model of the solar system
Social Studies: Initial research for out Black History Fair projects- People Who Put a Stamp on History
Health:Investigating IOS panels & talking about Energy Shifters to get back to calm alert

Notes from the Teachers
*On January 29 Lewis School will have a Winter Carnival! A dinner of a hot dog, chili, chips, cake, and lemonade will be available from 5-6:30pm for $4 a plate. Games will be from 5:30-6:30pm for 25¢ each. Please support Lewis School by attending this fundraiser!
*Parent/Teacher Conference times have been sent home as we have received requests. If you have questions about your time, or would still like to schedule a conference, please let us know.
* Popcorn is sold every Friday for 25¢.
* Mrs. Liss is almost out of pencils. If you are able to donate any it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
